Universidad Politécnica de Madrid launched the first course pilot course “Introducción a la Gestión de Proyectos con EUPM², la Metodología de Gestión de Proyectos de la Comisión Europea adaptada a proyectos europeos” that will be held from 11 to 15 of March 2024, in the framework of EUPM2 project.
The pilot course will be based on PM2 methodology and a teaching methodology based on the use of LEGO®, with the aim of providing students know-how on the important role that projects play today in any area of human activity and that they have the mentality , the knowledge, skills and tools necessary to manage them in an effective and efficient professional manner, acquiring the following elements:
• Knowledge of the fundamental elements of the PM² Methodology.
• Skills and tools for the application of the PM² Methodology to projects of all types.
• Mentality of comprehensive project management and continuous improvement as a professional activity.
• Capabilities for the preparation and maintenance of project documentation using PM2 artifacts.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
